I've always been the kind of person who wants to try a little bit of everything. My research has taken me through neuroscience, cancer detection, and clean water, and along the way I've learned that I care just as much about the people behind the problems as the problems themselves.
Outside of the lab I speak, lead, and stay involved in my community, because the ideas that stick with me are the ones I get to share with other people.
